About Tymbra
Tymbra is a Toronto-based AI and Microsoft consulting practice helping Canadian organizations improve adoption across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Claude Code and enterprise AI.
What Tymbra does
Organizations rarely lack technology. They lack confident, consistent use of the technology they already pay for. Tymbra works on that gap: current-state assessment, readiness, governance-aware planning, roadmaps, pilots, rollout coordination, training, prompt enablement, champions programs, change management and adoption measurement.
The practice covers Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Microsoft Copilot, enterprise AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, Claude Code for development teams, and intelligent automation including agents and internal tools. Engagements are delivered remotely and hybrid across Canada, with onsite support where agreed.
How Tymbra works
Every engagement is designed so policy, access, ownership, learning and measurement are planned together. Governance-related work is collaborative: Tymbra plans and coordinates alongside the client's legal, privacy, compliance, security, risk, HR and technology teams, who remain the decision makers. Tymbra does not provide legal advice, regulatory certification or independent compliance approval.
Tymbra is building a specialist network of experienced consultants for approved project-based engagements, covering Microsoft 365 adoption, Copilot, training, ACM and OCM change management, Power Platform and automation. Specialists are provided subject to availability and client or agency approval.
